The Jubily mobile app and website leverages technology to increase access to healthcare and to improve healthcare outcomes by simplifying the process of finding culturally responsive healthcare providers for patients and payers, while providing a platform and network of peer support for users to connect with to help them cope and thrive during medical and mental health challenges. Jubily also offers interactive cultural responsiveness training with CEUs for healthcare providers, clinics, hospital, and health systems. We also provide an online community of healthcare professionals where clinicians can easily connect with other clinicians across specialties for advice and for referrals. We are the only company that provides a service that matches users with culturally responsive providers in both medicine and in mental health using our unique algorithm and aritificial intelligence.

We currently have 1 hospital and 2 mental health clinics signed on as pilots with us. Key benefits/value propositions include: 1) Patients gain access to culturally responsive providers in medicine and mental health in one place, 2) For patients without insurance, we further simplify the process of navigating the referral process. They gain access to a community of peers and providers, 3). For private practices and clinics, the Jubily platform democratizes the referral process, and clinicians gain access to other providers for referrals, advice, and jobs, and potential employees. Providers can easily access care for themselves. This helps to reduce burnout. They can also receives CEUs after completing our training modules to maintain licensure. For payers (health plans and insurance providers), purchasing our technology helps to reduce unnecessary time spent for patients navigating their systems to find the right fit for them, which improves patient compliance and satisfaction ‚Üí improves patient health outcomes ‚Üí improves patient retention. For providers, hospitals, university training programs, and health systems, by completing our cultural responsiveness training modules, providers become verified as being trained in cultural responsiveness which improves patient satisfaction, increases the competency and skills of clinicians, which helps to improve better provider retention when providers feel like they are trained.
